Manshi Furniture is committed to providing high-quality modular furniture and interior solutions to our customers. Our Warranty Policy offers protection against manufacturing defects and reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty applies to the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects in the product
  • Technical defects in hardware components such as hinges and channels (as per respective brand warranty terms)
  • Installation-related errors performed by our authorized team

The warranty period will be applicable as mentioned in the respective project agreement or invoice.

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty coverage includes:

  • Modular Furniture Structure: 1 to 5 years*
  • Branded Hardware (Hinges / Channels): As per manufacturer’s warranty
  • Electrical Accessories: As per the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms

*The exact warranty period will be clearly specified in your project agreement or invoice.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages or issues arising from the following conditions:

  • Water or moisture damage
  • Termite or pest infestation
  • Fire, natural disasters, or accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Improper usage or negligence by the customer
  • Unauthorized repairs or structural modifications
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

4. Inspection and Resolution Process

In case of a warranty-related issue:

  • The concern must be reported in writing to Manshi Furniture.
  • Our technical team will conduct a site inspection.
  • If the issue falls under warranty coverage, repair or replacement of the defective part will be carried out.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of specific parts, and complete replacement will be at the company’s discretion.

5. Service Charges

  • Repairs for defects covered under warranty will be provided free of cost within the warranty period.
  • Services requested after the warranty period will be chargeable.
  • If the issue does not fall under warranty coverage, site visit charges may apply.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty applies only to products and projects manufactured and installed by Manshi Furniture.

The warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or financial losses resulting from the use of our products.

The company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective project.

7. Policy Updates

Manshi Furniture reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will always be available on our website.
